ADRIAN ALCARAZ
Industrial Engineer graduated from the Technological Institute of Carrillo Puerto. Adrián is in charge of multiple tasks, to name a few, is in charge of supervising that the personnel carry the appropriate work equipment, maintains the inventory of construction materials, verifies that the work with our collaborators does not have imperfects in the works.
In his spare time, he likes to go out to see the wonderful places that the state of Quintana Roo offers in the company of his girlfriend.

ISRAEL PACHECO
Businessman and Architect graduated from the Autonomous University of Yucatán. The architect Israel has more than 11 years of experience in the area of design and construction, is responsible for the creative area of the projects of Houses Tulum and is a faithful believer that the greatest added value that can be given to designs is respect for nature, which is why it conserves the greatest amount of vegetation in each project.
In his spare time he likes to enjoy multiple readings, especially those focused on business leadership, an area in which he highly recommends author John C. Maxwell.
